Berry-Beet Smoothie

You can choose your own liquid base, whether you want something as simple as milk, or as healthy as almond milk or coconut water!


(Makes about 1½ cups)

  1. ¾ cup almond milk

  2. ¾ cup frozen blueberries

  3. ¼ cup grated beet (from about 1 small)

  4. ¼ cup mint leaves

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  6. 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds

  7. 1 tablespoon honey

  8. Pinch of salt


Purée almond milk, berries, beet, mint, lime juice, chia seeds, honey, salt, and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth.
